 Treat the predefined beams as bandwidth. The coverage area has 4 users and NOMA-assisted using beam based resource allocation to each user 4 beams for 4 users. But when we add more users, then they will fit in the existing beams. example: new 5 users added. Now, we have 3 beams serving 2 users each and 1 beam serving 3 users.
