Apply Masters and Ph.D program in foreign universities.

Here is the process and required documents to apply masters and Ph.D program in NSYSU Taiwan.

Step 1: Get details about the professors in the related field of interest, university and country.

Step 2: Mail the professor providing the highlights about yours skill and project details and asking for vacancies. Note; Recommendations works well and guarantee your seat in most of the cases.

Here is an example :

Subject: "Prospective Ph.D student fall 2021 - Need information on research opportunities".

Hello Dr ........,


Hope you are doing well.

I'm currently pursuing Masters in Communication system Engineering with a  first-class from ........... I'm looking to apply for the Ph.D. program at ....................... University for fall 2021. I have read your article "...................." and really liked your work. I'm currently working in a similar area with a research project related to ".................." which is to be presented for an ..................... Conference 
I'm also engaged in one more research project i.e., "...................................  " under the guidance of ......... and gained good experience in working with programming languages like C, C++, and simulation tools like MATLAB. I'm about to publish a paper by the end of July 20xx.
Additionally, looking at the new developments in 5G and beyond, I have developed a keen interest to study in the area of Artificial Intelligence for 5G and beyond and would love to contribute good research from my end. Hence, I would like to learn the opportunities to study and work under your guidance. I'm attaching my resume with this mail for your reference.

Step 3: After receiving reply mail from professor, you may have an interview or a small discussion based on professor's wish. 

Step 4: After the discussion or interview, you are advised to apply for the masters or Ph.D program.

If you want to apply to the IMPTE- Masters program in I-Wic lab, the following are the required documents you need to get ready before application.

1. Two recommendation letters (You may get it from your professors),
2. Transcripts of BTech and MTech,
3. Original degree of both BTech and MTech,
4. Auto-biography (You should create a word document writing about yourself),
5. Financial statement OF 6 MONTHS( You will get this from the bank, ask for a bank statement for 6 months),
6. Statement of purpose (You have to create a word document stating your purpose of research).

 1.  How many days does it take for the whole review process of a conference and a journal? A: For a conference, one has to check the website of the related conference to know the date of the final result.  For a journal, it depends on the Publication, and a rough analysis based on previous experience is as follows: Ex: TWC: 3 months,       TCOM: 3-4 months,       TIV:  1 month       TVT: 3 months  2.
