A: For a conference, one has to check the website of the related conference to know the date of the final result.  For a journal, it depends on the Publication, and a rough analysis based on previous experience is as follows: Ex: TWC: 3 months,       TCOM: 3-4 months,       TIV:  1 month       TVT: 3 months  2.
