4. Fill the form. while filling the form, discuss the funding related details with prof or miss ko. 
5. press the button and inform the professor (DONE).


6. If Prof. Li uploads the recommendation letter, the button "3" will be active. 

7. Press button "2" to merge the application documents. Then, press button"3" to submit.
