  We must fill out two forms to apply for student leave.  1. Online application 2. Offline application Procedure to apply for Online application 1. Go to this  link  and select "How to apply for the Student domestic business trip" if it is within Taiwan or  "How to apply for the Student Abroad business trip" if it is out of   Taiwan.   2. Follow the procedure given in the document and it is done.  Note: While filling out the online application, it will ask for the leave document which means the conference  invitation letter or visa application letter based on the application purpose. Procedure to apply for offline application 1. Go to this  link  and select "Student Business trip application form" and print it.  2. Fill out the form and make sure the supervisor to sign it. Note: Submit these two documents along with the necessary supportive documents to apply for a refund.
